「同級生」「卒業生」公式ファンブック~卒業アルバム | Doukyusei Fanbook

adhfhsdkskfjgjhglfldfldjdghfghfjsldjkghgkdl;f;gj I FINALLY HAVE IT. /;A;\

I actually thought I won’t be able to get my own copy of this gorgeous thing since I was having trouble with some budgeting matters and it really took time for me to get my allowance. I was also very frustrated when it was released last Sept. 9 since I really thought it will immediately be out-of-stock after a few days. ;; But thankfully it was still available when I finally got my allowance 2 days after the release date — and of course, I immediately ordered it without any hesitation, lol.

Stickers! *A* too bad I won’t be able to play with them since I don’t want to ruin these adorable little things. I might just scan and print them so I can have multiple sticker copies. OHOHOHO

So the first few parts of the artbook are some beautiful illustrations — colored and line art ones.

All of the illustrations are just gorgeous. Almost all of them are my favorite since they were all so adorable so it was pretty hard choosing what to share here in this post. ;;

I wish I can share all of them with you guys but I really think it’s best if you can just buy the artbook itself! ;u;

Sajou and Kusakabe’s growth charts! Aaah so precious. ;w;

The making of the colored illustrations.

Now this part of the book is really, really helpful for all you artists/art students alike out there. You will know the good tools of the trade and some useful techniques by Nakamura Asumiko! 8)

They also showed how they do the manga illustrations! Now I know what right pens and masking and toning methods to use, lol.

This part of the book shows you how Nakamura Asumiko’s work desk/place looks like. It also tells about some of her interests which I find insanely adorable!

Lol how I wish my room can be that tidy. I really love the ambiance! ;u;

I’m a sucker for minimalist-themed rooms. orz;

I still have yet to read these, though. I want to know what kind of books she reads and how she thought of this kind of interior decor. ❤

A short and adorable side comic. ❤

This part tells about Kusakabe and Sajou’s mini adventures in Kyoto…please correct me if I’m wrong. ;;

A complete item list of their merchandises.

I got to see a lot items here that are so froth-worthy — I feel like collecting them all if only I have the money! ;A;

Mou Hitosu No” — this is kind of like a side story. It tells about how they first met but this time, it’s according to Sajou’s POV.

Afterword. Such a lovely background design. ;u;

How it looks without the cover. It’s surprisingly thin (about half an inch?) and it measures approximately 11 inches. It’s hardbound and the paper quality is great as expected.

I really hope you guys can get a copy of this gorgeous book! It’s really worth the price and I swear you won’t regret buying it. ❤

So that’s it for this short review. I hope you all enjoyed this entry eventhough the snapshots look kind of dark because of the yellow-ish light glare from my desk lamp. ;;

Thank you for reading! And again, I really hope you all enjoyed the snapshots! ;u;

  1. Ahhh I squealed when I got my copy last week! I’ve been keeping it at my desk and looking through it before I go to sleep every night [like a creep] but asfkhalskfajs it’s so gorgeous!!

    FFFFF–I UNDERSTAND SO MUCH. I feel like every illustration in the book is so beautiful and well-presented and they all have their own story, so each illustration is very unique.

    It’s really interesting to see her techniques because I’ve always wondered how she gets such clean coloring with watercolor and such fine lines in her manga. I love her room too. It’s so simple yet so tasteful, just like her style. And I really like her handwriting too lol. It’s so cute.

    in short: BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. ;w;<3 Thanks for the review!

    • Same reaction when I finally got it after a week! ;u;
      And yes, all of the illustrations petty much speaks for themselves right? *u* <33

      The illustration making was very helpful isn't it? 🙂 not only you get to have knowledge on how she does her clean artworks but you also get to learn helpful techniques in making your own especially to art students or artists alike. *w*
      I will definitely imitate her interior decor if I have the time to revamp my own work room, haha!

      And it's my pleasure! Thanks for reading, Angela! ;u; ❤

  2. I can never get enough of the pictures I’ve been seeing of this fanbook. I’m thinking I might make this one of my first bl purchases ever. Nakamura Asumiko and one of my most favorite couples, what can I say.

  3. I’m exactly the same regarding the stickers — I want to put mine somewhere but then I’m worried about tarnishing them! I agree though with your comments, love this artbook!
